TRAINING & GAMES

Our training and games sessions are designed for players at any level, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned volleyball player. The beginner session is the perfect place for new players who are interested in volleyball but have never touched a ball before (Recreational/C level), or for lower-intermediate players (B level) - where we work on the fundamentals and basics of volleyball. The intermediate & advanced training sessions are a great place for people who are looking to take their skills to the next level and work on the more complex aspects of volleyball (BB/A level).

The coaches at these sessions have planned sessions working on specific themes for the session and will provide guidance through the training. We ask that you arrive on time and ready to play!

  • This training is intended for social volleyball players at the beginner or intermediate level. Training is broken into 2 halves- 1st half is focused on training and the 2nd half is games.

In this session, players will learn the basic techniques and correct form for passing, setting, and hitting. Our coaches are friendly people who were once beginners just like you, so they understand the challenges a player new to volleyball faces.

Our goal is to make volleyball accessible to people of all experiences and backgrounds. Total beginners who have never played volleyball are welcome to try a new sport! If you are an intermediate or advanced player, you may find our Intermediate/Advanced training session more suitable.
